The Ladies 1st team secured another impressive win in their last league match of the season on Tuesday afternoon. The match was a home fixture against Wallsend ladies and the result was 5 1/2 to 1 1/2. The league fixtures are now complete for 2009 for the Parklands team and they finished their 6 matches with an impressive 26 1/2 points with 4 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss. The ladies must now wait for the other teams to play their remaining fixtures to see if they will secure promotion to Division 2 for the 2010 season. Fingers crossed.
